Ive learned I have to spend all my money on neccessities, because if I hold onto it Ill just end up shopping it away on frivolous items.

Shopping at thrift stores has greatly reduced my itch. I can spend as much as I would on 1 dress in a retail store and walk out with a armload of good stuff.
