“I hate him.”
I’m staring at this text and I feel like de ja vu. She hates him. 8 minutes from now she’s gonna love him again. At 6 pm tonight she’s gonna try and convince me to bash his windows in, and by tomorrow morning, they’ll be having “It’s In The Morning” make-up sex to the sound of Robin Thicke.
Passion is a pendulum that swings between both extremes, love and hate. And it seems as if there’s no middle ground — I love you, I hate you, I hate to love you and love to hate you. Being in “like” doesn’t fly for very long and sooner or later, you’re gonna have to choose a side.
Because it’s easier to hate someone than to accept the fact that they just didn’t want your love. It’s easier to hate someone than to admit that you’re hurt.
Hating is easy, Love is the challenge. The trick is finding someone who’s up for it.
