Everything I needed to hear.  Today’s post is inspired by 2 women: one of them a stranger, the other my very best friend.   I realize how powerful words are, not when I’m writing but when I’m reading.   So cheers to you two, for saying everything I needed to hear.

I spent last Sunday with my very best friend and our three kids, catching up on life and just spending some QT.   With her being a full time mom, student, and holding down a full time job its hard to spend as much time with her as I’d like to.     Since we’ve last sat down and had a heart to heart, a lot of things have changed for me.   A lot of life altering decisions had been made and my life is completely different now than it was just a few months ago.   But reading this text made me realize that I made the right decision for myself.   And things can only get better from here. 

I opened my FB this morning and read this message from one of my readers.   It almost made me cry.  I don’t get messages like this very often, but when I do, it blows me out of the water.  I know how powerful words can be, I just never thought mine would make such an impact.   Thank you Ralphie for inspiring me.   And thank you all from the bottom of my heart for reading this lil blog…  Real Talk.
